Don't forget to ask Ferran to give you his curated list of reccomendations for your trip. I used that as a good reference and tried out so many places i didnt come across on my own. Madura also arranged a two wheeler for me prompty the day I arrived and withing two hours of checking in I had the bike dropped off for me to use during my stay. I love the hospitality and so glad I stayed here. Its not on the main road so its best if you have transport to move around and well the villa has everything you need incase you do not want to step out as well :)

Free private parking is available on site. We loved the staff, how beautiful the space was, the grounds, the view - just everything! Chef was particularly awesome, every meal blew our socks off.

Our villa was stunning with wonderful sea views. So unique, spacious, stylish and very comfortable. The staff and food were the best we had experienced in our month of traveling in Sri Lanka. Outstanding and utterly charming. The beach was so quiet and although the waves too big to swim in the sound of the waves were so lovely to listen to. We did a day trip to Galle but otherwise found the villa difficult to leave.

Located in Galle, Villa White Queen Resort & Spa is 2 km from Galle International Cricket Stadium and 3 km from Galle Harbour and Galle Fort National Museum. Unawatuna Beach is a 10-minute drive away while it takes 15 minutes by car to reach Galle Fort. Building and architechure was amazing. Our room was super comfortable. Food was amazing. They let us in to experience to see how they are cooking :))) People are super friendly and helpful. One day we will return :) Highly recommended.

There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. HARD TO FIND - PLEASE CHECK TIPS BELOW!! Wow, what a new, modern, beautifully styled room. Nice quiet spot off the busy road, friendly hosting family, comfy bed and sheets, plenty of space to put bags and belongings, fresh open air bathroom with large plants, a bath and shower gel/shampoo. The problem was, we have iPhones and used Apple Maps to get to the place, and we never got there! The location on Apple Maps and the address on Booking.com is wrong!! We spent hours driving around with no wifi, asking locals where it was and no one knew. And no one was answering the number provided by Booking.com. So tips, use google maps to locate the place! There isn’t any business signs, it’s a large brick/block fence with a black gate on the corner (vacant block to door). I have added photos from the street. And lastly, it is well worth finding! They are also building a couple more rooms for the future.
