The property was ideally located to visit both the north and south of Montenegro. It is a beautiful new house, with everything you need, it was just perfect. So peaceful, with stunning views and surrounded by a variety of birds. The hosts really made us feel welcome. On arrival we had wine, beer and fruit grown on their land, left for us at the property. Throughout the week they would send freshly made food and local produce over for us to try. We spent the week exploring Montenegro but coming back to the cottage and sitting on the terrace in the evening with a glass of wine was definitely our favourite part of the day. Many thanks to Dunya and all the family for making our stay so special. This place is a must for any one wanting to explore the less tourist based places of Montenegro. It is a real gem. Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

Situated in Nikšić in the Niksic County region, Lake house Zoya features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. It was more than we expected! The house has an amazing view, plenty of space, a barbecue, and kayaks. The parking area is spacious—we easily parked three cars without any issues. There’s both outdoor and indoor seating, and the house has air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. The beach is only a 2–3 minute walk from the house; the road could be better, but we managed just fine. Our host was very helpful. Overall, a 10/10 experience!

It was just the most perfect stay ever. The Location was beyond amazing. The little house was perfect. I haven't slept in such a comfy bed in a long time. Our host drove all the way up to the location with us. He made us feel so welcome and was more than helpful. We were even day dreaming about living here - that's how much we loved it.
