An amazing villa with absolutely incredible staff! The view from the second floor was stunning along with the whole vibe of the place. The food provided was also very good and very affordable. Would recommend a 100 times over and will definitely come back!

Restaurant opens at 8am but they will fix you a pre-packed breakfast if you are out and about in the morning. *Lunch and dinner had plenty of options even for people with dietary requirements. *The pool area and the pool itself was cleaned daily. *Plenty of games and other activities to do throughout the compound as well as bicycles available for hire for a small fee. *The real gem is the team managing and taking care of you at the hotel. The hospitality is exceptional and you are always met with a smile. I felt welcome and very well taken care of. Thank you for hosting me.

Jambiani Villas offers a peaceful beachfront retreat with three properties located 350 meters apart in Jambiani. Each property features outdoor pools, free WiFi, and lush tropical gardens. Everything about the stay was perfect and exactly what we needed after a safari and hike. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and professional. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, great facilities and very comfortable beds. Great mosquito nets and air con. We stayed at Kaskazini for a couple nights and Katikati for the rest of our stay so we got a good view of their different properties. The pools at Kaskazini and Katikati are similar with Kaskazini getting a little better sunlight in the afternoons and slightly more protected from the afternoon winds. They are a 5 minute walk apart from one another along the beach with a taxi service if you need it. The food at Katikati (La Shira restaurant) is excellent with a mix of local and foreign food. Room service can be delivered to you regardless of the property. The weekly bbq and live music was incredible... I'm still thinking about it days later. We had a late flight so the team let us use the pool area throughout the day and we were taken to their 3rd property to use a shower before we left. The staff can arrange everything from ferry and airport shuttles, to day trips and evenings to Stone Town. We were also given the freedom to explore ourselves and never felt like we were being sold to. Everything was to a very high standard but it was the friendly attitude of the staff that was the icing on the cake! Football on the beach in the evening, wine on arrival in our room.... everything was perfect. Thank you!

The house is located about 15-20 mins walk from the center of the city and the nearby beach is just 5 mins walk. The neighborhood was really friendly, starting from kids who warmly welcomed us and showed us the way to the beach, and ending with very kind owners of the small shops in the street where you can buy all necessary essential things. The house itself was much better then we expected. Spotlessly clean with three big double bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and dayroom. There is a washing machine and iron, which was very helpful! Each room is with a/c and a fan. Good wifi and hot water. And all the house is protected with mosquito nets. The owner of the house was responsive and efficient, and fulfilled all our requests.

The villa is beautiful and secluded but only a 5 minute or so walk from Paje beach and a supermarket! The host Nina is also wonderful - nothing is too much for her! She provided great recommendations and a driver.

I had such a fantastic experience staying at Paje Emerald Escapes! The villas are absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-designed, and a true slice of paradise. But what truly made the stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. A huge thank you to Leslie, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From arranging airport transfers to organizing tuk-tuk shuttles, she was constantly helpful, professional, and incredibly sweet. Her kindness really made me feel at home. I’d also love to give a special shoutout to Salim for helping me out when a few geckos made their way into the villa. He came over right away, was extremely helpful, and so kind throughout. I would absolutely stay here again—not just for the stunning villas, but because the people here genuinely care. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Paje!

The villa itself was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and felt just like home. We made use of several services, including a private chef and island excursions, all of which were easily planned and precisely met our expectations. A special mention to our driver, Mohamed, who was fantastic and accommodated all our requests with a smile. Additionally, Mr. Davies took care of all our on-site requests, ensuring a smooth stay—he was truly fantastic. Overall, Lions Villa is a gem in Zanzibar, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly!
