Really nice place to stay in, high celings in the downstairs, comfy beds upstairs. Bathrooms were good, shower pressure was perfect. I had a problem with the downstairs shower but was quickly informed that the pipes are "back to front". I.e: hot means cold, cold means hot - downstairs shower only. Upstairs shower was fine! - A/C working perfectly, a relief when returning after an adventure. - Location is a 20 minute walk from the French Quarter (which may be too far for some. It was only troublesome as the humidity was tops during our stay, so it sapped us when walking). - Treme coffee shop 2 minute walk away, great way to start the day! - Quiet area - only one night were a local club was blaring bass, but accommodation kept most of the noise out.

Right on the edge of the French Quarter, but still super quiet, peaceful, and private. The building is genuinely historic - you can really feel the vibe of the city. You can grab a delicious breakfast next door or make your own, since the apartment has everything you need and there's a supermarket close by. Getting in is easy with two access codes from the host. I didn’t get to meet the hosts in person, but they were super easy to reach through the Booking app and really friendly. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the historic streetcar stop, and just a few minutes to a bus stop if you're using public transportation. I’d never trade this place for a hotel in the CBD.

The neighborhood was quite for the most part. I had Walmart deliver and I was 1 hour late. I was nervous that my stuff could have been stolen but everything was there outside in a neighborhood with apartments. The host was quick to respond to text & fixed anything that I needed. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay here & we will be back!
