Despite being unwell during our visit, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay, always greeting us with kindness and warmth. Their dedication and generosity truly touched us, and we are so grateful for the care they showed us. The food was also absolutely amazing, a real highlight of our stay! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay. Thank you again for everything – we hope to return in the future!

They were very quick to respond to my messages / requests and were there to meet me at the airport in the middle of the night. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable . Breakfast was high quality and enjoyable by the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly with my travel arrangements, as was the French owner who speaks fluent English .

Offering a barbecue and views of the pool, Bravia Hotel Ouagadougou is situated in Ouagadougou. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. The hotel is in a nice area - safe and kept. There is absolutely professional security personnel at the entrance. It is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and there was a good desk to work on. Windows were big and curtains were thick enough to not let the sun burn you in case you need to sleep. The bed was king size and very comfortable. The TV set had enough programs in English. The shower was one of my favorites in the room in general - enough water and easily adjusted spurt. Breakfast was relatively good and diverse - for the standards I have experienced elsewhere in Africa I would even say excellent. Room service was prompt. Shuttle to the airport was easy to organize.
