The staff was incredibly welcoming and a complete joy to interact with. They were genuinely friendly and always a step ahead in checking on our needs. The property is so peaceful and felt like a little getaway from the craziness of the city... yet it was still so close. Looking forward to the next visit to Nairobi!

The staff to start with ,they exceed every expectation we had.The property is beautifully curated and the the room we booked was deluxe was very clean and bathrooms specious with a bathtub.The entire stay was exceptional

Searenity Beach Villa asub Diani rannal, mõne sammu kaugusel Diani rannast. Kohapeal on välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, aed ja erarand. Our room looked better than it does in the pictures. It was very spacious and comfy, with all facilities - large bed, two closets, large bathroom and a nice little terrace. I especially liked that there were windows all around instead of walls (no worries about privacy though). Room was cleaned two times a day, they stocked the water every time which is a small but appreciated detail. They have security on site at all times and we felt safe enough that we didn't even lock our rooms. Location is another plus - right in front of the beach. The staff were amazing, very attentive throughout our stay, the owners are there most of the time and it really makes a difference. The food was great, we got full board and it was well worth it, you can order from the a la carte menu which is a very big plus. Sometimes waiting times for the food to arrive were a bit long but it was so good that we weren't bothered. Also you can order in advance if you want to have the food at a certain time. Small details that make a difference - water, coffee and tea, ice creams were available all day for free. The place was quiet and cosy, honestly we felt like we were at home for the week.

Hyatt Place Nairobi Westlands asub Nairobis. Kohapeal on välibassein, spordikeskus, terrass ja baar. Selles kolmetärnihotellis on pakihoid. Wonderful hotel with excellent service. We had the best breakfast buffet out of all the places we stayed for three weeks in Kenya. Safe neighborhood, across the street from an upscale shopping center, close to all sites of Nairobi.
