We are visiting Astana the 1st time. We travel from Canada.That was the best stay ever! Beyond our expectations! The staff, the room, the facilities were outstanding! The food was amazing! The best breakfast we ever had! Highly recommend! Deffenetly will come back again!

All the staff at the reception , room services , restaurants are very professional, very polite and understanding . Special thank you to Dildora and Aruzan at the main restaurant for wonderful service and great food . Kamila at the reception desk is extremely accommodating . Definitely will come back .

I highly recommend everyone who wants to stay in Tokyo especially Harajuku/Shibuya/Aoyama. I think this is only one place where meets every aspect of expectations from visitors.

Situated 700 metres from Almaty city centre, Resident City Hotel features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness centre and a bar. Travelling a lot and sleeping in many hotels gives you a sense of idea what to expect and what to look for - but wauw this hotel was surpassing all my expectations. The staff at the reception were extremely nice, friendly and truly cute! They could not be more cooperative and helpful. The location is thé best. Showers are powerful and something to look forward to every day. The beds are perfect. And the breakfast is very yummy and diverse. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Shymkent Hotel offers a fitness centre and free WiFi. Free parking is available on site. The rooms have a balcony, TV and minibar. All rooms come with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Comfortable, nice stuff. One bad thing is the broken shower.

It was a calming, soothing and serene experience and the set up of the hotel with mineral water flowing underneath and the amazing Purovel spa and the sumptuous food and service served at all the restaurants.
