I originally planned to stay just four days having booked randomly and seeing only a few reviews (not realising they were quite newly open) but I was so taken by the location, nestled in the mountains with stunning views and the perfect swimming pool.Moon took guests the short jaunt into town if need be and the very personable Phet Simone trekked us through a jungle path to the local village and elephant sanctuary where we got to feed the elephants and wash them in the river (only charge was in the sanctuary).Four day’s just wasn’t enough for me and I wanted to work my way around the delicious menu.Only thing I consistently ate was the amazing (free) Zen omelette which I had every morning without fail 😋 Moon was an inspiring source of information and only too willing to engage in conversations about local history,customs,cuisine and culture.Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough 👍

I can only strongly recommend this hotel, especially Steve who was very kind and helpful. If coming back in Luang Prabang we will definitely come back

Nana was incredibly helpful - organising us shuttle from NP airport both ways and helping us organise rental bikes. She’s a climber so ask her for crag recs!

The staff were amazing...so helpful and accommodating. Chang and Chuong went above and beyond from finding us wine glasses to getting sim cards and setting up our phones. They also made recommendations for restaurants and gave us tips for seeing the sights. They greeted all the guests every morning with big smiles and you felt like you were part of a family! The staff seemed to take such pride in their work and that was evident from the exceptional cleanliness to the great breakfast.

Unique experience in this beautiful and authentic traditional Lao resort where you feel love and attention in every detail whether it is the room, the garden, the pool, the restaurant by the Mekong and also the very friendly staff. This is real luxury in my mind, authenticity and passion.

A wonderful place to stay in Luang Prabang. Amazing service and great location. The rooms are kept exceptionally clean, and we loved the freshly prepared breakfast. Coming back to the hotel at night is a sight to behold. Leo's high standards and attention to detail are visibly apparent in this beautiful setting. We ended up staying for two weeks and felt very much at home. Thoroughly recommended.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They provide a wide range of services (booking and arranging for train ticket, money exchange, and so on). The room is large enough, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable.

The hotel is in the center of the city, within walking distance of all points of interest. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was very good. But the most important thing was the staff who were kind and willing. Especially Dung who runs the hotel is the most pleasant, smiling, helpful and willing manager I have ever met. Thank you so much Dung for everything you have done for us!
