It has a great location, on a quiet street. The hotel has a good breakfast, and there is a cafe in the lobby where you can have a delicious coffee with dessert. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, I slept well. The hotel has a responsive and polite staff. The hotel manager was very helpful, he walked me to the bus stop in the morning, helped me find the bus stop to Pokhara, as it is located in an unclear place. I am very grateful to him for his help. I definitely recommend this hotel. If my path lies through Kathmandu, I will only stay at this hotel.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is outstanding - not your average breakfast buffet at all - lots of unique and healthy options. The small pool on the roof offers a great retreat from the hullabaloo of Kathmandu. It’s worth noting that they do not have an indoor pool as the description suggests. It’s quite new so everything works and is very clean - a bonus in Nepal. It’s surprisingly quiet in this great location on the back side of Thamel. We will definitely be back and recommend to others.

Situated in Kathmandu, 1.7 km from Swayambhu, Everest Boutique Hotel features accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The room was big (I got one for 3 persons actually) and it had everything I needed. I enjoyed the view from the terrace. Sadly I did not try the spa, but the food I ate at this hotel's restaurant was good (the price seemed reasonable too). Breakfast was 8/10 (Western-style, but it was vegan-friendly enough for me with its vegetables, bread, beans, black coffee etc.). Overall this has to be one of the best hotels in Kathmandu and I don't think one can go wrong with it. My expectations were high from the photos I saw, but this property exceeded them and I had a great time.

Secondly, all the staff here are very kind, courteous, and helpful and accommodating. Finally, the hotel is clean and peaceful perfect for relaxation.

Clean, scenic, walking distance to everything (bars,restaurants, laundry/convenience store,shopping, lake/boat rental, bike rental). Spa on site is affordable, the restaurant has a good variety of menu at reasonable price to me although a little high for local. The staffs are fantastic! They are friendly, polite and helpful to arrange rides and scheduling excursions at my requests.

The room served perfectly out needs and the breakfast was delicious every day, so a very decent hotel for a brief stay in Kathmandu and perfectly located to explore the city and take a bus to somewhere else (heart of Thamel and bus stop within walking distance under 10 min)
