Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception.. Lovely staff at the lounge where I got coffee, cake, snacks, drinks. Adequate parking. The staff always spoke English with me--since I don't speak Ukrainian. Fresh towels and complimentary water daily. Extensive breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

Attractively set in Lviv, ARISTO Jacuzzi Hotel features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a restaurant. This hotel was absolutely stunning. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We celebrated our anniversary there and we were bright champagne and terramisou to our room on arrival. The in room jaccuzi was beautiful with the fire behind it and the perfect end to a long day. We will definitely be back nxt time we go to Ukraine.
