I had a fantastic experience with Jahangir Hotel People Tours! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideally located — perfect for exploring the area. The rooms were well-kept, with good amenities and very friendly staff. It felt like a home away from home. What really made the stay special were the tours arranged through them. Our guide was knowledgeable, punctual, and passionate about sharing the local history and culture. The tours were well-organized, reasonably priced, and flexible to our needs. I loved how convenient it was to book everything in one place — no stress, just smooth and enjoyable travel. Highly recommended for both accommodation and local experiences!

Customer service and general attitude of all the staff were exceptional. Location was fantastic. Hotel itself is beautiful. Its been an extremely long time since I have had this kind of service at a hotel - a must stay when in Samarkand.

I highly recommend Meros Hotel. It made my time in Bukhara even more magical. If I ever return to Uzbekistan, I will visit this hotel again :) - It is run by a wonderful family, who have invested so much time and effort in the structure and decor of the hotel. They are so warm-hearted and friendly. They always welcomed me with a kind smile and heart. Our stay at Dustan Boutique Hotel was excellent. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well-organized, with all the necessary amenities. We had an early morning train to Khiva, and they prepared breakfast for us at 5:30 AM and arranged a taxi to the train station. Thank you for everything!

A polished international hotel with all of the trappings. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff were kind enough to upgrade me to a larger room.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Close to the railway station and local bazaar, and not so far from the airport. the staff is very friendly and breakfast menu has a big assortment and food was tasty

The hotel owner was incredibly kind and always available at the front desk, whether it was morning or night. Their thoughtful gestures made our trip truly enjoyable and fulfilling. They were happy to assist with requests such as arranging taxis to other areas, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The owner frequently checked in on us and was consistently friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent, and when we couldn’t have breakfast before our Aral Sea tour, they prepared a lunch box for us. Even when we caused a bit of inconvenience, they responded graciously. This is truly an outstanding hotel, and I highly recommend it.
