The hotel was really lovely, the staff were amazing, one slightly abrupt gentleman but everyone else were fantastic.

Wonderful weekend at Alpine Elite Lodge We had the most amazing weekend at Alpine Elite Lodge! Everything was just right, from the cozy yet luxurious accommodations to the top-notch amenities including awesome breakfast, spa&sauna and late check out on Sunday. The attention to detail throughout the lodge was truly impressive and made for an exceptionally comfortable and relaxing stay. What stood out the most was the service - it was simply outstanding. The owners were not only professional, but incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel truly welcome and cared for. The breakfast was fantastic and staff very friendly. Great selection of meats, cereal, cheese, breads, coffee and eggs.

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails.
