We had a truly wonderful stay. There is strictly nothing negative to say about our short spell at the Matterhorn Lodge. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, cosy, but with modern facilities. Spa was also super clean and welcoming. Staff were ultra nice, and came to pick us from the train station, even though we were actually just a short walk away. Breakfast was wonderful, and we were both sad to leave. We literally can't wait to go back!

The staff were very welcoming, the location is in the heart of Zermatt, the breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. If you want a full view of the Matterhorn, ask to be on the 4th floor. We were on the 3rd floor and you can only see the tip from the balcony. Would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, great amenities & lovely staff! Also very accommodating with allergies for the breakfast which is included. Although its a 10 minute walk out of town the hotel provides taxi vouchers to and from the train station for when you arrive and leave.

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails.
