Everything was perfect starting from arrival till the last moment. Room was very very nice! Staff is exceptional! There are a lot of small details and touches that make you feel welcome and gives extra touch for every moment staying there! Location is perfect, cause you have everything you need within walking distance. Airport is very near. Despite the fact that this Hotel is in very lively neighborhood it is very quiet and peaceful in your room. Beds are very comfortable! Linen and towels high quality. A lot of small details to make your stay very relaxing and you feel that they actually care about you. So if you head to Cartagena and want to be taking care of the highest standards then this hotel is perfect for you! They organize all desired tours and activities. And they have very nice pool to cool down in hot day. There is even gym to make more room for the delicious food and they have even bikes to rent to see more of Cartagena oldtown and Getsemani. We definitely will stay there again if we can travel again to Cartagena!!!

My partner and I had an excellent experience here. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, the breakfast was good, and the location can’t be beat, being in the middle of Getsemaní. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was simple but tasty and kept us quite full until a late lunch. They add sugar to their fresh juice which seems to beat the whole purpose. Hot water in bathroom sink takes a lot of time. Overall a very pleasant experience and stay made better by very friendly staff at the hotel. Would definitely recommend and come back here again !!

We had an amazing stay at beautiful Casa Quero. The hotel has a lot of authentic charm and we were very warmly welcomed by Antonio. We stayed in the triple room, which was more than comfortable and calm. The rooftop with its pool and the wonderful view was also fantastic! We will definitely come back at the very next occasion.

Perfect location. Inside the walled city - right near Starbucks, Hard Rock Cafe, and plenty of other restaurants, cafes, bars, anything you could want. Probably the best located hotel in Cartagena. 5 minutes from the Port if you need to take a boat ride somewhere. As a Westerner, I found this to be the best location to be in Cartagena. Safe and secure, huge pool on the roof, massive loft apartment with lobby, laundry, kitchen, master bedroom, lounge, and more. You can walk everywhere, and the streets are beautiful.

    I had a great experience, first of all I loved the "riad" vibes of the place. We spent most of the time by the pool and there was no many people around. it makes our stay very special and somewhat "exclusive". the staff were very attentive and helpful all the time. the facilities may be dated and not so luxury as you expected from a 5 stars boutique hotel however the staff compensated with an exquisite customer service.

    This hotel certainly met expectations. It is a beautiful luxury boutique hotel. The staff was attentive and I really liked their model for meals. Instead of providing breakfast, they provide you with a credit at the attached cafe which has some of the best coffee I've had in my life. The food is also incredible. The pool is intimate and really lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.
