The staff were very helpful. Parking was available on the property. The room had a small sitting / living area which was nice as the only communal sitting areas were either on the landing (one armchair which would have been a lovely spot to read) or in the small foyer. The staff didn’t hurry guests out of the breakfast room, though, and I sat there with my book for a while one morning. I speak German, which the staff preferred, but I noticed that the reception staff spoke pretty good English.

Good location to hike, nice staff, very good sauna and spa, big and comfortable room, really good breakfast and also the cake was good
