Good room with a balcony with pretty country views. Nice walk into the old town. Lovely evening meal and breakfast included in a very reasonably priced room.

We had the room in the cave. 2 stories. Something truly unique for trying it once (there is higher humidity in such a cave as you can't get the air exchanged easily). Super helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast (local products). Nice restaurant nearby (recommended by the hotel's manager).

This is a lovely hotel in a great location ! But mostly, Regis, the owner makes your stay perfect. He is very charming and accommodating. He helped me to figure out how to get to the Fontevraud Abbey along with other useful suggestions. The hotel is full of character and ambiance. It is in a small, quiet alley but opens up onto a beautiful, lively square with many restaurants and an old church. The rooms are comfortable, complete with a modern bathroom and luxury toiletries. Coffee maker in the room. Breakfast is definately worth it - plentiful and delicious. Small courtyard to enjoy a glass of wine. One thing that was very classy - Regis sent me a thank you note for staying at his hotel !!! That's never happened before ! I highly recommend Hotel St. Pierre
