The moment we walked into Pepi, we instantly felt at home. The quiet nooks of the garden, palm trees and plunge pool really gave us a sanctuary feeling. Given Rethymno has such an atmosphere, Pepi gives something different- pure peace in the heart of the town ! The staff are super helpful and friendly. Rooms, clean, have everything you need. But the garden, as my review may of let on... Is the best part. We spent a few hours each day relaxing by the pool after breakfast, which was delicious! Its a truly special hotel and we will be back! Thank you for having us

In a great location on the Main Street of Rethymno. There were some renovations going on when we arrived so the first morning was a little bit noisy but Agra, the lovely receptionist, offered to upgrade us to another room away from the noise free of charge. Both rooms were amazing. Thank you Civitas, we will definitely be back.
