Great location to the airport. The room was a good size, very comfortable and no outside noise. Restaurant food was excellent and good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable and will stay there again.

I liked staff the most. They were soooo friendly and willing to help us at any time. Anyway, the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable so we enjoyed our stay for 100%. We choose a half board. So there were rich breakfast and 3 courses dinner.

Hard Rock is in a good position across the road from Kuta Beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We upgraded to the Rock Royalty package and all the staff made us feel like ROYALTY, always greeting you by name with a smile. George , who always made a point of talking personally to all guests, - you have wonderful staff and should be really proud of them. Rikaa, Regina, Yellow, Adi, Fani, Doni, Adit, Dessy, Rini, Novi, Lidya( lovely ) and especially Widya who went over and above to help us . Apologies if I’ve missed anyone out. The New Year was the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve seen the New Year in many countries. I can’t understand the negative comments from some people about sunbeds and quality of the pool, plenty of beds and the pool and area was continually being cleaned.
