We loved everything about this stay! The staff were so friendly, the shops had everything you'd need, and Crystal's pub was beyond exceptional! The lamb shank meal was wonderful, and they served a great old fashioned. They didn't rush you, and were very attentive. At first we were not able to get a table, so we went to find another place, however a booking canceled and the gentleman ran after us to offer us a table. The location was perfect and we were able to get parking without issue. The hotel was walking distance to Blarney Castle and they let us park there during our trek of the castle. Highly recommend.

Wow what a place. Super helpful upon check-in, we had been delayed by storms in London and they made sure our process was speedy, called the restaurant we had booked ahead of our reservation to warn them we may be a little late, and sorted our taxi ahead of time. We made my wife’s birthday dinner and it was all down to Hayfields staff. Our suite was immaculate, the breakfast was delicious. We would stay nowhere else when repeat visiting Cork as we do. Thank you

The room service was exeptional. Very nice and helpful check-in desk staff. One of the best hotels we have stayed in Europe so far.

A 15-minute drive from Cork Airport and city centre, Oriel House Hotel has a pool, restaurant and bar. The rooms have flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi.

Very pleasant accommodation. Big room, clean and really comfortable bed. Breakfast very good, nothing was missing there. We didn't try the SPA because we didn't have enough time during our trip, but the pool looked amazing and clean. Staff was very friendly.

I was attending a wedding at the hotel over the weekend. It was wonderful from start to finish. Everything was well organised and I checked into my room quickly with no delays. The food, the venue, everything was great. The staff exceeded all expectations. I misplaced something during the night and Brian who was overseeing the event went above and beyond to help me. I can’t thank him enough. 5 star service

Nothing was a problem. Our flights were cancelled and thankfully the shuttle bus transported us to hotel and then back again to sort the flights. Very appreciative. Food was good and staff very friendly and helpful

Beautiful and charming decoration, calm and surrounded by nature. Very large room and bathroom. Exquisite breakfast room with wood carved decoration and very nice and helpful staff.
