Great rooms, on the ground floor, were so comfortable. Staff were happy to accommodate requests, and provide vegan options at breakfast and dinner. Super comfortable chairs and sofa in suites. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the Jacuzzi bath was a great, luxury addition. Maura, the other reception staff and the breakfast staff made us feel welcome and appreciated, and were happy to accommodate our requests. The Ivy Lounge has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff there were professional and efficient, and attentive without being fussy. Our party included 1 vegan, and we tried most items on the menu during our stay. All our choices were very good. Will definitely recommend to friends and would love to stay there again.

It's difficult to ask for more to a hotel. High level structure and hospitality. Impeccable staff (a special note to the really kind breakfast staff). Very nice room, clean and welcoming. Excellent and wide parking. We will definitely be back

The room was better than I expected - nicely decorated and modern, with a very comfortable bed. We had toiletries and some complementary things like moisturizer and chocolates :) Hazel was very nice and ready to help. I would recommend it to anyone, as we had a great stay!
