Upon arrival the staff at Cramim was there for us. We arrived when it was raining and they made sure to get our luggage. Check in was quick, and then we immediately went to the spa to schedule a massage. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious. We stayed there for hours just relaxing while looking at the mountains. The spa was really nice, but the food was the highlight. The breakfast and dinner were excellent.

Comfortable and big room, nice bathroom and beautiful private balcony. Also great beds and very quiet. Close to nearly all you want to do visiting Jerusalem, in walking distance. The manager Fadi was always so positive, and very helpsome whenever we needed some advise or help. Even if the breakfast was served in another place - not too far away though -, we always had coffee/tea, and a bottle of water for each person every day. We stayed at Stay Kook Suites first for 7 days, then added 2 more extra days.

Villa Brown in the Greek Colony is one of the most beautiful places to stay in in Jerusalem. In the heart of a quiet neighborhood and close to central locations within walking distance, it is charming, with and inviting lobby and extraordinary service. I especially want to praise Suheir who was patient, efficient, and one of the only women I have met who is able to do 10 tasks at once. Thank you for the perfect hospitality for us and our families. We will return there again and again.

Breakfast was fabulous as in most high end Israeli hotels. The selection of delicious sweet and savory food was amazing especially the Knaffeh. Breakfast was served until 11am which allowed for a relaxing and leisurely time. The grounds were lovely to spend time in.
