We had a wonderful time at the Oberoi. The room and amenities were perfect, the breakfast absolutely fantastic, we had wonderful drinks and dinner at the Eau Bar and Fenix restaurant. All the staff were adorable and efficient; from the guys at security, the reception, room cleaning and restaurants, etc... a special thanks to Mr. Soham Gupta (F&B manager) for his kindness and professionalism. The Oberoi definitely became our new home in Mumbai and we'll definitely stay there again next time we're here.

The hotel is a modern design, open spaces reception, very helpful and friendly staff, excellent restaurants (tried South Indian and Thai food) as well as breakfast was delicious. The room was fantastic and had the view we booked for. The location is very good, near where I wanted to be, taxi stand just outside the hotel. Prapti helped get us the best room possible within the category and Hussain helped at check out at the reception. The hotel is about 1-hour drive from the airport, and about 10 minutes from the Taj Mahal hotel at Gate of India, and nearby attractions. I would recommend it for business, couples, and family travelers.
