Taj City Center is one of the best property in New Town Area. The best of this hotel is the hospitality offered to you is superb. No one can beat Taj's hospitality as they will spoil you with services and personal care. We stayed 5 days there and we felt like home away from our home. Special mention to Mr. Sanjay from the room service who is the best to take care of all your needs. The breakfast is good with choice of Indian and continental choices. In overall one of the best hotel I have stayed so far.

I stayed two times within one week at the Hyatt Centric and it was two times a fantastic experience. Especially, the reception staff is very helpful and goes the extra mile to attend to the customers and solve potential problems. For instance, I want to thank especially, Sohel, for taking care of my lost item and sending it to me! but I also had a great experience at the Spa (a very friendly manager!) and breakfast (so many local options!)

I really enjoyed my stay at the Taj Bengal. Everything was just perfect. The room was very carefully and tastefully decorated, featuring a comfortable bed and a practical, elegant office table. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub, and toiletries were available for free use. Breakfast was included and served in a medium-sized wing of the hotel next to the pool. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty. The staff, too, did a marvelous job, and I cannot remember all the names of the staff who did something extra for me. The most impressive moment I experienced at this hotel was on the second day, when I found a handwritten welcome letter on the bed. For me, it is clear that I will definitely come back to this hotel, preferring it to other establishments.

Regarding recommendations, Abhishek's guidance led me to discover some hidden culinary gems and captivating landmarks in Kolkata. As a first-time visitor to this vibrant city, his suggestions were invaluable in helping me navigate and appreciate its rich culture and heritage. Regarding accommodations, the room was immaculate and well-equipped with all the amenities one could desire. The attention to detail and comfort provided ensured that I felt right at home throughout my stay. If I were to offer any advice to fellow travellers, especially those visiting Kolkata for the first time, I would highly recommend staying in the Newmarket or Science City area. These locations offer convenient access to the charms of old Kolkata, including its historical sites and renowned culinary delights. However, regardless of where you choose to stay, The Sonnet Kolkata Hotel undoubtedly offers exceptional value for money and an unforgettable experience. In summary, my stay at The Sonnet Kolkata Hotel exceeded all expectations. From the delectable breakfast to the outstanding service and invaluable recommendations from Abhishek, every aspect of my experience was top-notch. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly give this establishment a glowing 5-star rating.
