Excellent stay at this hotel! The room was beautifully designed, functional, super clean and comfortable. Since im a light sleeper I was worried about the noise, I can tell you i didn’t hear anything and had a great night sleep. The laundry service is immaculate The breakfast was delicious, best dosa I ever had. Also would like to add how complete it is. It included: fruit, eggs, dosa and coffee. Before leaving, I had a couple of drinks at the bar. The mocktails are refreshing and the iced coffee and snacks I had at the bar were really good. Would love to thank you Hanes for all your help sorting out so many things which made my stay memorable.

The staff was amazing and the service was exceptional. I am revising my rating from last time. What all went wrong last time they made a conscious effort to correct the same. Amazing staff and amazing experience. Special mention to Mr. Tanmay from guest relations and Mr. Irfan from the F&B team.

Loved the attitude of the staff, very friendly, very helpful, especially Prabhu, Diki, Padmini and Gopal who went out of their way to make my husband and I comfortable. We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the property and the staff out did themselves in making it extra special for my husband.
