The place is excellent as an overnight airport hotel. Huge room, huge beds, lovely bathroom and toilet. Taxi to airport is 30 euro. Location itself sucks, and bus stop is, while close by, in an inconvenient place, so it's not to be used as base for travel to Venice unless you can afford daily taxis. But it is PERFECT as overnight base for early flights from Marco Polo - you get every imaginable confort in a huge room in a brand-new hotel building before a red-eye flight.

The staff was fantastic, very helpful, gave us all sort of explanations and useful tips. The breakfast had more goodies than expected, and they will prepare scramble eggs on the spot and pastries were warm from the oven. The rooms are not huge but after walking more than 8 hours per day the only thing that matters is a very comfortable bed (which it was!) The shower had amazing water pressure and toiletries smelled fantastic. Modern bathrooms and very clean rooms.

The location was fantastic! You are in between the Rialto bridge and San Marco Square. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were nice and had excellent air-conditioning. We especially loved the common area on our floor outside of our rooms so we could get together as a group. A taxi to and from the airport is not included but they will organize one for you. If you want to save money, don’t use the car transfer to the water taxi. You can use a moving escalator.
