Excellent service ! The girl in the reception was more than friendly and she gave to us all the recommendations for our trip in Florence ! The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The view and the hole location was breathtaking! We loved it and you must to visit it !

The hotel is beautifully located in the center of an old traditional town, where you can find restaurants and cafés close by such as taking wonderful walks around the area. Our superior room was beautiful, spacious, perfectly clean, very well maintained with a heating in the bathroom, which was great for warming up the towels. They also placed a cute water bowl and food bowl for our little dog. All the staff from the reception and also the cleaning ladies were super friendly and we felt very welcomed in the hotel. We could also visit a lot of beautiful cities and nice places around Toscana such as Pisa, Florence , Sienna etc. The free parking in the hotel was very convenient. We also fully enjoyed the spa and could relax perfectly. The only thing we could wish for us to have would be gym, that would be even more awesome! We absolutely recommend this hotel and are grateful for this great experience! :)
