Boutique Hotels in Mai Khao Beach

We liked everything, the room, the facilities, the food (wow!), everything, but we were astonished by dedication and smile in the face of every employee, specially Kate, Nuch and the breakfast restaurant chef (sorry I forgot his name). Service like we have never seen before 10+ Awesome!

We stayed in a villa with private pool. The villa was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The private pool was huge and very clean. The outdoor shower might not by everyone’s taste, but we liked it. The outdoor lounge by the pool, was in the shade and comfy. The entire resort is well maintained and looks beautiful. Amazing food in the restaurant! We didn’t plan to eat there every night but ended up doing just that. Every dish we ordered was extra ordinary and mouthwatering. We can highly recommend Sala Phuket. The only “downside” - but we just mention it because we think a policy like this is really not common in Thailand - is that the prices are given net on the menu, 17 % in total are added at the end. Even though this policy is transparently flagged, we found it a bit irritating and definitely not necessary.

Everything about the resort was superlative..the vibes..the ambience..the pool..the beach.. Special shout-out to the Indian chef Vishal and Ms. Fa at the ocean kitchen who left no stone unturned to pamper us.. The breakfast was delicious too and the menu had varied options..

This small hotel was a hidden gem and the owners were lovely. Once entering through a small wooden door it opened up to a welcoming site of beautiful plants and flowers, a tranquil setting. I was travelling from Phang Nga and arrived earlier than the check in time. I had asked in advance if they had a room I could store my bag until the room was available for check in ,which they said they could. When I arrived I found they had upgraded me to a to a villa by the pool so that I could check in straightaway. Generous, warm and wonderful staff! The pool was large and surrounded by lush vegetation. The photos of this hotel are exactly what you can expect. My room was spacious and clean. A large shower room and separate toilet. Large bed and lots of space. Coffee making facilities, A/C , wifi, refrigerator and a TV. There were outlets for plugs. It was like a hidden sanctuary and I loved my stay there. The location is perfect to be able to walk to the beach, there are lots of cafes and beach restaurants to have something to eat. A great location and although Nai Yang itself was getting busier when I stayed, this hotel was quiet and peaceful. There is an amazing temple in this area that is worth a visit if you have more than one day here. I had read the reviews and saw that people that had stayed one night before their trip home had wished they had stayed for longer. It is a perfect place if you need somewhere close to the airport and I read those reviews and decided to book a longer stay (4 nights) before I caught my international flight home and I am so glad I did. (Thank you to those other reviews!) If you are looking at this hotel don't hesitate and make the reservation - you will not regret it. Pojjana, thank you so much for making my stay so wonderful. I hope to be back one day.

It is a wonderful accommodation, managed with heart of mind. And which gives you the feeling of being home. This is mainly due to the wonderful people who work there and of course Hulek :-D Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Attention is paid to details: whether it is towels for the beach, umbrellas, dishes and microwave in the room or bicycles. On top is the beautiful beach just a few meters away. Thank you for my relaxing time, which I have extended again and again. Kha!

It was a great overnighter location close to the international airport. The resort was clean, quiet and had easy access the area. There were some lovely and quirky decor with interesting nooks. The food was fantastic and the staff were accommodating, friendly and went out of their way to help.

Everything. The staff were amazing. The food was amazing. The room - the bed was very comfortable, the from was large with a bath and shower.

Incredible and amazing, lots of choices and all delicious!!!
