Absolutely everything! The staff, the manager and every single person around Beluga are so welcoming. The views are stunning and this is truly a slice of paradise. We booked for one night but ended up staying a whole week because we couldn’t leave the place. The food is excellent - Thai and French with the yummiest breakfast and a few star dishes like the tuna tartare and seafood salad. Olivier always shared tasters of local sweets, delish cold cuts and some recommendations of food around the island!

This is one of the best hotels I have been of all my trips around South East Asia . it is a total paradise place. We were upgraded to an amazing ocean view room upon arrival.. The staff of this resort are simply top of the list. Friendly , chilled and smiley staff who put so much attention to detail, in the morning during breakfast , while you are chilling in the pool bringing you water and fresh fruits , and in the evening leaving you at the feet of the bed a traditional sweet Thai treat. It really felt like being in a 5 stars hotel .We will definitely go back again because it’s simply a dream place . The room was beautiful and super clean . Breakfast was q dream , so much options and top quality . It’s the best hotel breakfast we have ever had .. We also dinner s few times in the hotel because the food was simply too delicious and you get to dinner right by the sea . looking forward to our future stays in this hotel.

The hotel has its own application and you can get all the information you want, as well as order things to your room. It also shows the daily activities, in room dining menu and more. I wish every hotel had this. The swimming pool area is really fun and the staff was always super friendly and helpful.

The staff was super kind and courteous. We were always greeted with a friendly smile when we walked past the reception. They went above and beyond in helping us make restaurant reservations, arranging transfer back to the airport for us and helping us with our luggage. It’s a beautiful property located right next to the beach. There’s beautiful palm trees and greenery everywhere. It’s very peaceful and you could hardly notice the other guests staying there. The pool villa we stayed in was absolutely stunning! The bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. Despite there being lots of insects and bugs in Thailand we didn’t find a single creepy crawler in our room during our entire stay. The housekeeping team did an amazing job!! The included a la carte breakfast was very delicious and the menu offers a huge variety of both sweet and salty dishes. Thank you & ขอบคุณมาก to the whole team! Huge recommendation. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Koh Samui! :)

    Anyone who values ​​first-class service, authenticity and good vibes has come to this place! Every single employee at Outrigger Samui always has a smile on their face and tries to make your vacation as nice as possible. We had 10 great and relaxing days as a family, with very good food and lots of relaxation. The rooms are beautiful designed and are huge. We will definitely come back. 5 stars deserved !
