I recently stayed at this hotel for five days with my mom and sister, and our experience was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. Our room was exceptionally clean and incredibly spacious, perfect for the three of us. It had two separate areas, giving us plenty of room to move around comfortably. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job, cleaning our room daily and replenishing the water, tea, and coffee at no extra charge. The pool water was also clean, which added to our relaxing stay. The breakfast was a highlight of our mornings, offering a wide variety of delicious options, from different types of cheese, olives, and pastries to hot meals that were refreshed daily. I appreciated that the menu changed each day, ensuring we had something new to look forward to. What stood out the most to us was the incredible staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay. As it was our first visit to Bodrum, they were more than happy to recommend the best places to visit and helped us book restaurants with delicious food. I particularly recommend the hotel's Italian restaurant; their burrata pizza and spaghetti Bolognese were absolutely delicious. A special thanks to Daniela, Emre, Demet, Yasemin, the housekeeping service ladies, and the gentleman at the reception who assisted with money exchange (sorry, I didn’t catch his name). Your kindness and dedication made our stay truly unforgettable. Keep up the fantastic work!

We really liked the breakfast and the extra paid dinner with local fishes. Staff were very friendly. Hotel and the pool was very clean with not too much people around.

Ha La Bodrum is the best place to stay. The hotel is beautiful, full of design, special furniture, and an amazing library full of books and albums. All with stories, love, and magic. Bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable. We found all that we needed. Very clean, very good position near port and very caring staff. Attended all our needs. Breakfast delicious and drinks in the bar super. Amazing music makes us feel good and relaxed. Is like stay in the Family House ❤️ can't wait to visit them next year. Firstly, the staff, everyone were Super nice, professional, helpful and spoke perfect English. They helped us with everything we needed and never hesitated to provide any additional amenities we needed. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, cleaned every night and the courtyard was also cleaned every couple of days. The facilities in were also very accessible and available 24/7, great service. The Breakdast was also super tasty and with great variety, catering to all cultures wherever you're coming from. The rooms were also very clean, and fully furnished with all the amenities you might need. Didn't feel like we needed any extra. There are also three Super Markets infront of the hotel if you needed any snacks or drinks, and another drinks supermarket 5 mins away that's available 24/7.

The staff were really friendly and the receptionist/concierge was so helpful. We liked the quiet location and wonderful views. The spa was excellent.
