The personnel was so incredibly friendly and accommodating: from the reception desk people to the cleaners, a very professional staff. And a special thank to Claire, Winnie, Vicky, and Kevin, for making the breakfast such an enjoyable experience. Favorite facility provided was the free use of laundry and dryer! So much convenient for family stay. Location was great, XMD just across the street. with Sanrio themed 7-11 at level 1 of hotel.
