A small gem. Fantastic location on the water with its own pier. Just a few, large, comfortable rooms with great views of city / harbor / water. Wonderfully quiet, you can relax and forget you're in a city - yet most of Boston, and great restaurants, are just a short walk away. Great bed, great bathroom. Good breakfast, served in the room (must order the evening ahead). Personnel is friendly and helpful. You can reach the airport by water taxi with a charming 10 minute boat ride which is not expensive. We love small, quiet hotels, and this was perfect.

The staff, the location. I have been coming to the Omni Parker House for 30 years. The staff made the stay exceptional. They went out of their way to provide a sample of the clam.chowder for my son at breakfast so that he could try it before leaving. That was a lovely gesture.
