It was completely amazing house, very cozy and calm, close to the train station, shop and mountains. The owners are great friendly people and Jane's home made muffins are the best!

Family-run for 150 years and renovated in 2014, Seewirt Zauner is situated right on the historic market square in Hallstatt’s car-free centre and 150 metres from the waterfront at Lake Hallstatt. I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. It was so clean and the staff was just the best. The hotel is located 2-3 min from the Boat station (to the train station). The bathroom is exceptional, the restaurant is very good and overall the best hotel in Hallstatt!

Honestly speaking “I have no word to start” I checked out today and already missing this hotel. It was so close to nature, so calm, quiet and peaceful. Cleaning was perfect. Breakfast was super good
