The receptionist was polite, and the option for online check-in and check-out made everything super convenient. The room was impressively spacious—clean, cozy, and comfortable, with simple but pleasant decor. The breakfast was a highlight: a buffet with all-organic options that truly stood out—absolutely amazing! While the breakfast room wasn’t particularly fancy, it was cozy and very clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. The location is good, with the metro just around the corner for easy access to the city. Another big plus: free parking right in front of the building, which was a great convenience.

Location is great, 20 minutes walk from the center.

The Karlsplatz transport hib offering connection to all parts of Vienna is just a 2-minute walk away. I liked everything... It still has the grandeur of the famous hotels of the past and the service is beyond 5 stars... And I must not forget to recommend the concierge brothers Johnny and Shedy for a promotion and a raise... :)
