Lovely ambience, high quality decor with olde world charm. Purezza filtered water was sensational. Only stayed one night, definitely planning on good back for at least 2 nights and experience Dudley's famous breakfast.

Located on a historic site in central Daylesford, Central Springs Inn offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Fantastic location - a 3 min walk to town Great sized family room, very comfortable and clean Wonderful staff who were happy to go the extra mile for us by supplying a microwave and toaster when we requested. I would definitely stay here again.

Mineral Springs Hotel features an award-winning day spa, an on-site restaurant, a bar and a guest lounge with an open fireplace. Guests enjoy accommodation with free WiFi. It was great to be at Peppers! Breakfast was delicious and loved the complimentary part of breakfast. Room was comfy too.

Quaint, lovely bar downstairs with big spacious rooms upstairs. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the beer was great! I especially loved the sours and the chocolate ale. Bar closes at a certain time, but the staff let us stay abit later, keeping the back door open for us to go up to our rooms. Bathrooms were heated and huge, and the showers had good strong water pressure. Good wifi too.
