Martinique On Macrossan offers boutique apartments with private balconies in a prime location, just 60 metres from Four Mile Beach. The location is amazing and the service from the “front desk” is superior. We would go back in a heart beat!

Featuring an outdoor heated pool and BBQ area with outdoor seating and tropical gardens, this hidden gem of a motel is just a 12-minute walk from Four Mile Beach. Lovely family run motel with spacious rooms, free parking, and an easy 20 min walk, or 3 min drive to the downtown area of Port Douglas. Lady at the front desk is especially lovely and made us feel extra welcome. Had everything you needed to cook a meal in the kitchenette in your room, including an electric pan that you can cook up a meal on, and utensils for cooking. Beach towels were free to use for the day and you could take them on your reef tour and return them when you were finished. DVDs were available to borrow at the front desk to use in your room which I thought was a very nice touch! Beds and pillows were super comfy. Location was quiet and tucked away from the main road. A/C was turned on for us before our arrival and did an excellent job.

We enjoyed our time in Port Douglas. It was really nice that we were so close to the restaurants and shopping!
