Very much pleasantly surprised with this hotel, from the welcoming and very helpful staff to the good night's sleep and the lovely breakfast, it surpassed any expectations I may have had. The room was small with an open bathroom, and yet I never felt cramped or bothered by the layout. The room was simply but tastefully decorated, with a clean holiday vibe and a lot of natural light, the bed comfortable and the cleanliness up to par. The toilet in a sort of enclosed space was interesting :) but again for some reason was not bothersome. There is just a lot of thought behind the efficient layout. A very neat and original snack bar, with nice beers, organic snacks, delicious chocolate, and free sparkling/filter water. The breakfast was sufficiently varied and fresh, and the breakfast staff very efficient. The common areas' decor is so clean and cute, cozy and intimate, I really felt the true essence of a boutique hotel. Will definitely return when I travel back to Brussels.

Tento luxusní 5hvězdičkový hotel, který prošel v roce 2019 rekonstrukcí, se nachází v centru Bruselu. Krásné, čisté ubytování, milý a ochotný personál, belgické pralinky a čokolády jako prezent. Naprosto bez výhrad.

Maison Flagey Brussels sídlí v klasifikované secesní budově z roku 1906 ve městě Ixelles, vedle dvou rybníků ve Flagey. The Maison flagey is a beautiful building in a neighbourhood of beautiful buildings it stands out. From the front steps you look out onto a lovely pond. On the night we arrived our flight had been delayed 3 hours and we were running late, my phone wouldn't work however the owner was very accommodating. He really made the stay great with a lovely smile and a hello when he sees you, recommending places to eat or drink and nothing seemed like it would be too much hassle. I've been to guesthouses before and when I arrive I'm usually given a large list of rules however this was not like that. He asked that the key be left at the property when we left (the building is secure), gave me the WiFi password and that was that. The rooms itself was large, a nice airy balcony and a comfy bed. The shower was lovely and warm and the facilities were more than fantastic. The area around the guesthouse is worth exploring, close to a large park, a walk around the pond is romantic and down towards the square there are plenty of places to eat and drink.

Mario the property host was excellent. It was a very modern, comfortable and clean place. Close to centre. Breakfast was superb.

The location couldn’t be more perfect (and even more so especially for LBGTQI+ visitors).

Tento prostorný Bed & Breakfast X2Brussels se nachází v klidné boční ulici v centru Bruselu, pouhých 350 metrů od sochy Manneken Pis a náměstí Grand Place. Wi-Fi je dostupné zdarma. Krasne velmi rodinne a utulne ubytovani. Nadherne zarizene, velke pokoje, krasna velka koupelna, k dispozici bylo i zehlici prkno se zehlickou. Majitele byli velmi napomocni a ochotni, dokonce pripravovali i snidane, krasne se o nas starali a pred prijezdem komunikovali.
