This elegant modern hotel is situated in the city centre, only 150 metres from Genk Railway Station. Ecu benefits from free Wi-Fi. The shopping street and commercial district are right around the corner and can be reached on foot. We arrived to the hotel on a business trip, it was cold and we were tired. They told us we had double booked. Then things changed. Fouzia helped us organize everything with a huge, contagious smile on her face. We had a beer in the bar and the day turned around just like that. While we were there Elena arrived for her shift, and carried the same energy as Fouzia and was an absolute pleasure to speak to. The hotel is clean with ample rooms, great value for money and ideally located to the city center. Any with staff like this I cant recommend enough. Thanks!

The design guest rooms are modern in style and feature air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and an iPod docking station. The rooms also features open bathrooms. The open bathrooms are all equipped with a large rain shower and separate toilet. Very friendly staff and great service, when we came back we received a welcome letter handwritten and a great bottle!! Thank you !!!
