Very nice hotel nearby the Broadway and the beach. The rooms are big and cozy. The breakfast is simple but complete and you can also get fresh tapiocas or scrambled eggs. The employees are very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time there.

The hotel is beautiful and you can notice a lot of attention to details - eg: the Indian thematic decoration was everywhere. Pool is amazing and the water is not cold - even during the Winter of that region.

Excellent location, in the most sought after area of Jeri, very close to the beach of Malhada, the center and access where you can see a wonderful sunset next to the ClubVentos Lounge. Quiet location away from the hubbub of the central city, but a short walk to both of the beaches and to restaurants. The rooms were thoughtfully designed and constructed, and very well maintained. Great staff.

I stayed in the suite with the private pool and it was magical. They made my partner and I feel very special by decorating the room before we arrived and then different decorations throughout the stay. They brought a delicious breakfast to the room every day. Set in a vibrant garden, 200 metres from Praia da Malhada Beach, this hotel offers an outdoor pool and air-conditioned chalets. Beautiful clean chalet. Exactly like in the photos. Great location. Breakfast was superb. The best thing about our stay is the customer service that was provided. All the staff were so warm, friendly and helpful. Incredibly stay. Will recommend to anybody.

Carmel Charme was the best resort for a wonderful vacation. Resort well maintained, staff helpful and corteous and the weather beutyful.

This was a highlight of our trip staying here. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable with privacy on the patio. We had a garden room looking at the pool. The bathroom was huge, a wonderful hot shower and toiletries provided. Aircon was a bonus! The breakfast was substantial with a choice of fruits, cakes, eggs etc. The staff were super helpful and always on hand. We had a massage in the garden organised via the hotel which added to the luxury of the place. Easy walk into town and the beach. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.
