Strategic Location, a good base, to visit the different points of interest by train, bus or on foot. The mountain view from the hotel itself is spectacular. Excellent Service from booking until after check-out. I felt that the entire service team delivered their utmost best and geniunely love their work which translates to great customer experience.

The location was amazing, the view is stunning, we loved the breakfast and the traveler card. Staff was above and beyond and really nice people, made us feel comfortable. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.
