A conduzione familiare, l'Hotel Alpina sorge proprio nel cuore della località chiusa al traffico di Mürren, e vanta una posizione unica e viste spettacolari sui monti Eiger, Mönch e Jungfrau. Located on the cliffside and nicer side of Mürren close to the mountain clouds. The room was perfect for a solo traveller and the view from the balcony is just heavenly (make sure to request for a room by the mountain side), check pics. Bfast was good and also had dinner here twice, their food is great and servers are attentive. Hotel is the first one on the cliffside after turning left from the train station, it isn’t a very long walk. I had an overall pleasant stay and will stay here again.

We loved the place from the very first moment. The interior of the room was relaxing and the air was as fresh as the summer breeze. The views to the Lake Thun, to mountains and to the city were amazing... the best you can imagine. Good breakfast with good view to the city. Bread was best of the year so far. We have already made a new reservation.

The hotel staff (and gifts) made us feel very welcome. The design was luxurious, we had everything we needed after a long day of trekking and the breakfast was the best we had in Switzerland!

Costruito nel 1881, l'hotel Alpenrose a conduzione familiare è il più antico albergo di Wengen, località chiusa al traffico e raggiungibile solo in treno, e offre camere completamente ristrutturate in... We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which has a-ma-zing views of the alps and valley. We were pleasantly surprised that the unit was quite big, with 2 large beds, dining area and small kitchenette. But the best part was the balcony with spectacular views. The staff are helpful and respectful. We loved that we stayed in this perfect place in Wengen. We will definitely stay here again.
