Built in the 1890s, this historic hotel was one of the first hotels in Lauterbrunnen. The family-run Hotel Staubbach offers panoramic views of the Staubbach Falls and Lauterbrunnen Valley. Several things, but will mention a few: 1. The detailed information from the point we checked-in. 2. The waterfall view from the balcony was amazing.

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains. Staff is very professional, clean and comfy rooms with beautiful views, enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely visit again

The 4-Star Hotel Victoria is situated 100 metres from the railway station in Meiringen. It features a large garden terrace and offers free entry to the Fitness and Wellness Centre in Meiringen. The hotel staff (and gifts) made us feel very welcome. The design was luxurious, we had everything we needed after a long day of trekking and the breakfast was the best we had in Switzerland!

The apartment reserved for my family is super spacious. The mountain and valley view from balcony is splendid. We were impressed by the hospitality from the hotel, including staff’s enthusiasm, wonderful breakfast, classic dinner services with very reasonable cost. The shuttle services was really a big help for elderly people although it was only 5 minutes by walk to the railway station.
