I had a wonderful stay at Schlosshotel Thun. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with beautiful views and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spa area is small but charming, with everything you need to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the location — just a quick elevator ride down to the Old Town, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thun!

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Situated in the heart of the Old Town of Thun, this 4-star hotel is only steps away from the Aare River and Town Hall. Guests can choose from 2 restaurants and a lounge. This hotel really surprised me, the service quality was way higher compared to other hotels I visited in Switzerland in a similar price range. You can really see how they put attention into the smallest details. Hotel staff was prepared and professional. The location is in the heart of the old town in a historical building.

Located in the heart of Interlaken, Hotel Interlaken is just a 5-minute walk from the Congress Centre and the Eastern Train Station. -it was 5 min walk from the station -near Restaurants and supermarket Coop 5 -clean rooms and clean toilets -staff were really helpful they guided us and let us leave our luggage for a full day after checkout - the breakfast buffet was really good and had lots of varieties - it was a perfect stay

The small Hotel Lötschberg enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Interlaken, only a 3-minute walk from the Interlaken West Train Station. The staff were so friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. The lady who checked us in was so welcoming and friendly which made us feel right at home and she even helped me out with an adapter for my phone charger as I realised I had the wrong one. The rooms were lovely and had stunning views! 10/10 would recommend! The breakfast was also very good!

The Beausite is located in the historical part of Interlaken, a 5-minute walk from the town centre and the Interlaken West Train Station. Free Wi-Fi is available. The view was beautiful, it was conveniently located. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to accommodate a request we made about the bedding. The breakfast was very nice, and we really appreciated the complimentary coffee and cake in the afternoon. I also appreciated the tv guide with specification for which channels came in which languages.
