Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Das Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa liegt malerisch in Interlaken, zwischen zwei wunderschönen Seen am Fuße des ganzjährig schneebedeckten Berges Jungfrau. The staff was very nice and extremely accommodating.

The family-run, non-smoking Hotel Gloria in Beatenberg, a 10-minute walk from the Niederhorn cable car, offers spacious ROOMS ALL WITH PRIVATE BALCONIES AND LAKE AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS. The room was amazing and spacious with an amazing view of lake thun.

Das ruhig am Ufer der Aare und inmitten des Skigebiets Jungfrau liegende HOP Apartments & Suites befindet sich nur 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Interlaken West und 15 Minuten von Interlaken Ost... The view was stunning and the location was perfect and close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The smart self-check-in system was very convenient and smooth, saving us time and making the arrival process easy. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for the whole family.

Very nice and helpful staff, cleaned every day, everything is clean and new. Comfortable beds. We were in the room with the separate entry which was very cool. There is a free parking which is well organized. The breakfast was very nice. The location is great too. 10 min walking from the center, 20 min walkin from the best rope park. And in the same time in the most quiet part.

Das gemütliche, komfortabel eingerichtete Hotel Rössli liegt ruhig und dennoch zentral und bietet herrliche Aussicht auf den Berg Jungfrau. Easy walk from Interlaken West station. Feels very homey, with access to tea/coffee and plates/cutlery. Friendly staff, owner Jean Louis touched base every morning. Coin operated laundry. Rooms were quiet: you could hear people in the hallways, but not from in their rooms.

Located in the heart of Interlaken, Hotel Interlaken is just a 5-minute walk from the Congress Centre and the Eastern Train Station. Breakfast was good, everything was clean and the positioning for us was great (walking distance of Interlaken Ost).

Das kleine Hotel Lötschberg genießt eine ruhige Lage im Zentrum von Interlaken, nur 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Interlaken West entfernt. The location is very near Interlaken West Train Station. The hotel provided common room for coffee, and gathering of simple meal.. this is an excellent concept.
