Clean, very well managed and up to date on furnishing. The swimming pool is as clean as can be. The pool staff keeps you well aware on upcoming happy hour at the bar :) The hotel garden is wonderful. Palm trees everywhere, quiet park tables for a private piknik. The restaurant behind the hotel is absolutelly great. Plenty of parking. Very short walk to the train station where you can also take the funiculore down to the town. Only good things to say about the breakfast.

Free WiFi is available in all areas, and underground parking is available for small/medium cars on site for an extra charge. Highly recommended from staff to facility. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room is clean and nice. Would probably stay here again when we come back.

The ambiance is very Italian and the hotel with its restaurants are very beautiful. The staff is professional and nice. The hotel is smack in the center of Lugano. The rooms could be made more charming to match the restaurants, although they work well.
