Great hotel with an amazing view to the lake and Lucern. Very friendly and profesional staff!! Tasty food at the restaurant and closed attention to details. The breakfast had anything you want, a lot of variety. Deff recommend Hermitage, high class hotel !

Descent breakfast. Staffs Lisa and Florian are very courteous and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
