The customer support was the best that we have ever had in a hotel!!! The location was perfect in the city center, also the parking and the access to hotel was so convenient!!! The breakfast absolutely excellent!!!! And of course the room was perfectly cleaned!!! Really it’s worth 10/10!!!!

This beautiful old building is a treasure hidden up a quiet narrow street close to the Piazza Grande. There is a gracious hospitality offered by the owner, with beautifully presented table service at breakfast. We loved our stay at this hotel.

Piccolo Hotel stojí na klidném místě, 8 minut chůze od vlakového nádraží Locarno a centra města. Nabízí pokoje s vlastní koupelnou, částečně s balkonem a bezplatným Wi-Fi. Best hotel I have stayed in years. Great service by friendly and attentive staff. Quiet location not far from the lake. Loved the art decorations and relaxed feel of the hotel.

I loved a lot the location, the extraordinary breakfast just next to the beautiful lake..it makes our staying full of charm specially seeing the moon from our room balcony.. I hope everyone will have the chance to be there once visiting Lugano.
