Great spa, cozy lounge, nice view of the landscape, kind staff.. Location is good, just 5 mins away from the train station which is important after a long ski day. Heated outdoor pool offers great relaxing in cold winter days. Im looking forward to come back

The room with the balcony view to Mattehorn. The shuttle service from train station is an extra plus when arriving with luggage. Good location and surrounding Good space for triple. Hot tub and fireplace and staff were amazing. My husband had been injured whilst skiing and they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and had everything extra he needed. The host was on call all the time and assisted us with any extra requests and it was a pleasure staying there.

Exceptional value for money. Everything is made from the heart in this hotel, breakfast buffet was healthy and very delicious. Mr. Thor and his wife were very warm, helpful and went out of their way for us to have a great stay. We had a gorgeous room with the beautiful city/Mountain View. Room was excellent size, super clean and super comfy. They helped us with the luggage upon check in and dropped us back to the train station. Couldn’t be more happier in Zermatt. Location is perfect just seconds away from the main shopping street. Thank you very very much
