Every detail was taken care off - including refreshments, s backpack available in every room. Very good location, tastefully arranged rooms and common spaces, excellent breakfast, very nice employees.

It was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace that added to the charm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was a delightful buffet offering a wide variety of options to kickstart the day. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was excellent, making our mornings even more enjoyable.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Amazing view of Matterhorn from our room balcony, room is cozy and warm. The staff help us upgrade the room so we have more big room and balcony. And our room WiFi can’t use the staff help us to solve it and offer us a drink in lobby, that is so nice. Although location is a bit far from station but you can ask them help you book a free cute taxi to hotel and station. The breakfast is very nice too. Definitely will back again!

It was very quaint and the views of the Matterhorn was spectacular!!! Daniel and his Team was top notch and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Hotel Romantica se nachází v klidné části Zermattu, nedaleko turistických tras a 700 metrů od lanovky Sunnegga. Michele was lovely, always checking in to see if I had activities or breakfast. She made my stay very enjoyable. Room was comfortable and clean.

Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. Výborná poloha hotelu, excelentní přístup při check in a check out. Pokoj byl velmi luxusně a vkusně vybaven. O hotel je velmi dobře pečováno a je vidět, že práce zde personál baví. Večerní kytara v baru a obrazy ve vlastní galerii umocňují jedinečnost místa.

Hotel Capricorn se nachází na klidném místě ve vesnici Zermatt bez aut. Nabízí nádherný výhled na Matterhorn a bezplatné Wi-Fi připojení na pokoji. Lokalita a naprosto úžasné snídaně.

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. Super friendly people welcomed us with amazing room upgrade! We had amazing 3 nights stay at their apartment, super spacious and spotless clean, which came with amazing view of Matterhorn from our balcony. Loved the space, loved the people, loved the breakfast, & loved the location. Thank you for your hospitality!!
