Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. The family room was spacious and offered a great view. The room was fully equipped with all necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the game room, spa, and sauna facilities, which were absolutely amazing. The breakfast service was also excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. The staff were so friendly and kind! The whole hotel was so cozy, the spa was amazing! Our room was excellent with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, they provide so many options. Will be staying here again if in zermatt again

Hot tub and fireplace and staff were amazing. My husband had been injured whilst skiing and they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and had everything extra he needed. The host was on call all the time and assisted us with any extra requests and it was a pleasure staying there.

Hotel Romantica se nachází v klidné části Zermattu, nedaleko turistických tras a 700 metrů od lanovky Sunnegga. The owners were very nice, very welcoming, always giving good tips of the skiing lifts, conditions, slopes throughout the stay! I felt very welcomed there and will definitely come back again and try the chalet. Everything felt cozy and charming, great service, good breakfast and they paid attention to your needs:) The location was very central, close to the main street and not far from the ski lifts. Highly recommend this stay and looking forward to next year!

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. I liked the hotel very much! Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, furniture made of wood. The room smells of wood. Excellent view from the window to the Matterhorn. The room is spacious. Very friendly administrator, smiling and attentive woman. The room is quiet and warm. Very clean. There is a kettle in the room - it's very convenient! Delicious breakfast. Very good location of the hotel - near the ski lift and the train station. If there was a free room the next day, I would also stay. I recommend this hotel for accommodation. Thank you.
