Das familiengeführte Bristol Hotel befindet sich in zentraler und doch ruhiger Lage in Zermatt, zwischen dem Bahnhof und der Seilbahn Klein Matterhorn. The staff were so friendly and kind! The whole hotel was so cozy, the spa was amazing! Our room was excellent with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, they provide so many options. Will be staying here again if in zermatt again

Die Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments wurden vom Architekten Heinz Julen entworfen. The pictures online don’t do it justice, beautiful chalet, with a wonderful spa. Just perfect after a great day on the slopes. The fire place and topping up of wood each day a big plus.

Spa haben wir aufgrund des tollen Wetters nicht genutzt

I would 100% stay here again. Travelling from Canada so making our money stretch was important. Great value, super clean and spacious rooms! It's right beside the Gornergrat tram and the bus stop (free) to the other lifts is just outside and a quick 5 min ride. They're close to Bayard where we rented and got 10% off with them. Having a hotel right by the train station was super convenient and Zermatt is such a small town so very easy to explore. Sauna (by reservation, just ask front desk) at the end of a ski day was a nice bonus. Good variety for breakfast.
